The meaning behind VALEO
VALEO is a Latin word meaning “to be healthy, strong, and well.” It inspires everything I do.

Not at all! I created the 7-Day Reset for women of all fitness levels. Whether you’re just getting started, getting back into exercise, or already active, I’ll guide you every step of the way.

No! Most workouts use just your body weight. If you have light dumbbells or resistance bands, that’s great! I’ll occasionally offer them as an option, but they’re never required.

Perfect! You don’t need rhythm—you just need a willingness to move and have fun. VALEO isn’t about being a dancer; it’s about feeling stronger, healthier, and more confident.
The more you move, the more comfortable you’ll become. Remember: a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.

If you’ve recently had a baby, surgery, or have any medical concern, I recommend checking with your healthcare provider before starting.

Absolutely. You don’t need to jump back in at full speed. Start where you are, choose beginner-friendly options, and build your strength and confidence one workout at a time. At VALEO Club, the goal isn’t perfection—it’s progress, consistency, and feeling good as you move forward.
