            Part II. Mom's Inspiration & Knowledge

            It didn’t become a reality until I partnered with my Mom who is 
            incredibly proud of me and just like any parent supports me in 
            everything I do. We are a great team and share our passion for 
            dance, health and fitness. 

            More than 20 years ago, my Mom was a pediatrician and had her 
            own practice working with kids in Arkhangelsk Russia. She helped
            a lot of families that battled various chronic illnesses because of 
            cold climate. She then transitioned her practice and started 
            incorporating educational seminars about healthy lifestyle. 
            Shortly after, she was invited to join Northern State Medical 
            University as a professor in Restorative Medicine, Health 
            Promotion and Adaptive Physical Training. She then further 
            expanded her knowledge base by completing her Master’s in 
            Public Health in Norway with several publications including 
            ‘Obesity Prevention Programs in Children and Adolescence,’ 
            ‘Physiological Aspects of Children’s Health Formation in 
            Relationship to their Parents’ Lifestyle,’ and Prevalence of 
            stunting, underweight, overweight and obesity in adolescents 
            in Velsk district, north-west Russia: A cross-sectional study 
            using both international and Russian growth references
